Electronic File Submission (email/FTP)
If you prefer to submit your files electronically, we can accept files via email or FTP.

To send files via email:

• Compress your files prior to sending, using a compression utility such as Stuffit.
• Please contact your sales representative or customer service representative prior to sending your files.
• Send your files to macmail@wolfcolorprint.com
• The maximum compressed file size for email is 10MB.
• Please include an Adobe Acrobat PDF of your project for proofing purposes.

To send files via FTP:

• Compress your files prior to sending, using a compression utility such as Stuffit.
  
• Please contact your sales representative or customer service representative prior to sending your files.
  
• Using FTP software connect to our server using the following info:
  • Host: wolfcolorprint.com
  • Username: macmail%0000oze
  • Password: Wolfcolorprint1
• Please note that the “0000” in the username are zeros not capital O’s. and, the password is case-sensitive.
  
• Please alert your sales representative or customer service representative that your files have been transferred
